Just wondering what the general feeling is on this now - I am going to accept the offer , even though I think Dennison are getting a very good deal and IMHO the SP was been depressed prior to the offer.

But if is doesnt go through , what then ?

I dont have a great deal of faith in the current management , who all want to accept and bail , if the offer fails then we are still stuck with them running this - is their heart going to be in it ??
