well, objectively it makes perfect sense for Dennison to take over WCU and integrate the processing.
the independent valuation is 17 - 21 cents so l doubt there will be any other bids.
Dennison will get over 50% at least and that means control, l would not want to be a minority holder in this situation.
it seems to me that 24 cents is about the best we will see.
