Haven't read in full, but just an opportunistic first pass. He's banking on the market fear continuing and some being grateful for perhaps a small gain and exit. He and we know there are some good sized savvy holders who appreciate the intrinsic value. They've gone in to bat against him before.

It has a way to go and been in this situation many times. Woolley will want the Trust in the bag b4 the 2012 Annual Report must be released - say in late Sept. It won't get really interesting for another couple of months imo.
