Is it just me OR has AG removed the condition voiding the deal in regard to LIT's share price falling by greater than 20% during the offer period ?? Which it most certainly did upon reaching 14c recently.
Anyone else find it in the 97 page bidders statement as announced here previously (see offer statement attached below)....Page 5, section b. 111 ???
