I do note that SMR share price has closely tracked the A$ Newcastle thermal price trend for at least 5 years ;
So one viewpoint (based on forward consensus price and forex rate e.g. : https://home.kpmg.com/content/dam/k...price-fx-consensus-forecast-sept-oct-2018.pdf) is that SP is at max now and that the offer represents pretty reasonable value. Noting that the thermal price trend has a short period of lead to SMR price.
However those that may be more bullish on forward priceline may disagree.
