Correct. Units in Aurora are dogshit and they know it. Not to mention the 8% management fee the are quoting on their bidder statement. Here is to hoping whoever bought in today has nothing to do with this this mob.... but If history is anything to go by I suspect they do. KBC do have the cash unfortunatel.
