IMO - it is an insincere offer.
Fancy picking the closing price on 23 March 2020 for comparative purposes, that has no relevance to the offer price i.e. not 7 days/1 month/3 month from the date fo the offer document) - just pick the lowest closing price during a period of market shock.
Section 5 and 6 outline the risk of longer term holding, but the price is not reflective of the potential reward of longer term holding.
I'm pragmatic on my holding. I'll sell for a fair price, but at $0.80, UAC can bite me.
