They have forgotten to put in the opening date and the closing date in the offer document, what a bunch of rank amateurs.
It does not mention that the shares have been trading above the bid, which is misleading and given what they are offering the option holders, it could be argued that they are valuing the shares well above 8c!!...
I just wish all these bidders could just go away so they can drill lord nelson and get some results.
