Anyways it’s convenient for RSH that the SP is trading well below that VWAP (which has the FDA pump incorporated into it). A happy coincidence I suppose!

Value your business - for a takeover offer - based on a single day’s trading? Or the past month?

There is a reason companies use 30 day VWAP.
