OK I give points for the prompt release of the Bidder's Statement which does elaborate on the benefits of treating MGV's ore at WGX mills. As the document says ' you will participate in this value uplift' However, it could be improved by providing some details on how : we will obtain the necessary approvals to mine and haul the ore the ore to our mills and we anticipate we will do that within 6 months; we will spend up to $16million in pre-strip and road improvements; we will acquire a truck fleet to transport the ore in 3 trailer road trains; and we will be in production from MGV's mine(s) within 12 months. We anticipate that in the FY25 year WGX will produce 50,000 ounzes from the MGV mine(s) to bring total WGX production in FY25 to 300,000 ounzes and with the additional profits pay a WGX dividend of 2 cents.
