Yes... very interesting reading from page one. Reads as a company that has performed very poorly for the last 6yrs and is not set up well for future performance... neglects to mention THAT THIS HAS ALL OCCURED UNDER HIS STEWARDSHIP!

And how much has he and his board collected in pay and bonuses throughout the last 6yrs? Outrageous when you think about it. If they really have performed so poorly over the last 6yrs... how is that the entire board, Chairman and CEO have not been sacked and moved on, considering it is solely their job to navigate the company through all the challenges outlined in the Bidders Statement.
