The emphasis of no competing offer is going to come doesn’t mean that the 49.9% of shareholders is going to give it to you for 68cts!!!
if we altogether are just a single entity holding 49.9% of the shares, would you think Raphael can say “please sell it to me at historical low share price and incur 50-80% capital loss”? People will just say F off!
