An excellent point. In my personal opinion, the Tennyson Report is proof of collusion, because Gomwe signed off on it.
My issue with the future, is that the board can see-saw the share price with their target statement ( the backroom buys and sells knowing full well, what’s coming) - which provides them with more shares at nothing like prices, until the Board eventually says, sorry guys, we got to sell, but we’ve legally done our job of getting you more money ( final settlement at 18 cents v 16 cents lol) and then they have covered themselves legally.

I hope I’m wrong because I had so much faith in Gomwe when he first arrived. The most damning statement to affirm my fears ? The quiet push to H2 when we all know damn well that there’s no reason to stall any longer. They have no excuse to hide behind, they have approvals and our shareholder money to live off ( for as long as it lasts).

If there is somebody out there with money and power, please do something about this. It’s fraud.
