A total disgrace, converting debt to equity, than using that equity to steal the company from minority shareholders.
All the reasons they say why the deal is good for investors is because of adverse share price conditions "THEY" created..
If someone fights this, a much better deal is on the cards, but they will be assuming no one cares enough to fight them for a fair price
