I mean outside a good Webcentral sale, as an exec his performance has been poor. He is clearly not trustworthy. He is somewhat aligned in that he has a large shareholding, but it seems unlikely he’ll allocate capital well regardless of alignment.
I’d much prefer new Board and exec, capital return. Over whatever Hail Mary this is…
