Looks like it's in a chanel range over the last month, from $2 being lower end with buyers stepping in on lower volume and 2.15 being the higher range on larger volumes. I'd say it has to do with the last time it was this price was when the 100mil cap raising. So a bit of tuning to get through to see a larger break out.
