I believe the power plant upgrades are all paid for by the supplier (though of course, they will be making good coin out of the deal). @Joelstar - You were close with your $11m estimate, though only $2m off. Btw- strongly agree about the contracts, yet... industry wide... no one is using them!
I keep re-reading your numbers Numbat and.... they give an inkling of just what FY2024 might see. 240-260k (though I struggle to see why the numbers would stay static when Blue Bird continues to ramp. Even if it is static, WGX will see the costs saving from the gas power starting to kick in. Plus being unhedged.
I wonder when we might get an update on the reviews.... obviously a clear area for 'growth' of tonnes/ounces.
I assume growth internally means Big Bell LHOS and... Blue Bird increases. Perhaps others? Fortnum mill open pits nearby... Great Fingall-
E/V still sitting at just $575m.... Compared to say RMS (which is soon to print 160m worth of shares to BRB holders) with its E/V of approx $1.3b. Yet WGX will produce a similar amount of ounces... with zero hedging, versus RMS and its hedging, which is slowly decreasing.
