CCZ management has never shown any serious effort to bring any project alive, never ever. Majority of Capital Raising get eaten up in their own wages and bonus of high flier (CEO/MD and their associates in UK).

Have a look at last several years CCZ History. Majority of Capital Raising get eaten up in Management Wages alone, once that dries up, back to market for another Capital Raising, one or two hole and retire for a year again.
