We can start to expect QXR to head towards true value, when, and only when, the larger players are done with their games and have fully loaded up as much as they intend to.

There's plenty of potential with QXR, but as I've mentioned before they need to instill some confidence and trust, some of which they have lost over the last three years prior to this exciting new era. The current price is also due in part to their history. But, I am confident that soon, if they can manage themselves better this time, we will see QXR perform very well.
