The BIG customer acquisition process and cost of that acquisition are gonna be the key figures or me. If they can continue to scale their model as well as they have with their 'anyone can be a big review agent' approach combined with the SAS pricing model that is so beneficial to SME bottom lines then BIG is gonna get even bigger.
I think they have a healthy respect for their shareholder supporter base too who are backing them to do it
