What do you think about these Chakay?

Very interesting that the figures for the March and June quarters are the same. Not sure why they wouldn't factor in some growth.

I find it very interesting there were no such incentives in place prior to now. They also mention this option due to cash restrictions of the company (cash balances have never been better!!).

I do note they are not getting the shares for free (yes, the options will be free), and that they need to pay 87.5% of the VWAP for the last days of each quarter in question.

I also note the low (comparative) salaries they earn (between $210k and $235k per year).
