Am I reading that right (and between the lines) that they are rescinding the Phase 3 BLM approval and going to negotiate a plan with the tribe that works for everyone? I.E. the tribe stops legal challenges and we don't drill part of the land?
The worrying part for me was that it seems they don't want any expectation of a short time frame on anything happening.
