Thinking BIG. Maybe a touch too much.

Looking through the Tipsly website if I was Facebook I would be very interested/ nervous in the uptake of this app.

The intitial videos produced by BIG (which is the foundation) the review platform/ rewards/ Uber rides make it all the more reason to use it for both business and consumer. There is an incentive for the consumer to use, attend and review businesses. What does Facebook provide when they advertise.....BIG are offering the whole experience and a free lift home.

BIG have a relationship with Marriott British Airways. This app just isn’t small business. We are talking major chains.

Then it appears you can speak to your mates/ chat and also with businesses. I assume it may incorporate bookings etc.

Try putting a valuation around that. This could literally be anything.
