Yeah, but if you work on the 'conservative' end of the figures the SP is only at FV by my calcs so it could fall further yet as people work this through. Then of course, is the face they note this is conservative so you could reasonably be able to work at the upper end so @ $120m rev there is another $1 in the price before FV.
Value is only determined by the numbers you use and we all use different numbers.
