The executives that I know have assistants that staff that will manage their LinkedIn profile for them. They do not manage it.
My assessment of Mr. Knowles is that he is probably a very nice person but I do not believe that he is an executive director. I believe he is a broker, most likely a senior broker given his experience, however I do not believe he is a traditional director. That means he doesn't have an assistant or any staff to manage his LinkedIn profile and he has to do it himself. Looking at the profile he is not very good at it.
