    It is unlikely that they will shut BIG down imo. It seems that ASIC /ASX responses to breaches by ASX listed companies was more about rectifying them and education. Not saying there will not be penalties. It is earning big revenue and ASX have to consider holders. If they have a problem with listing rules re the business and management that can be fixed. The business model is not up to ASX.
