(1) I have just read the AFR article (07/02/18 by Johnny Shapiro), and it deepened my appreciation on how partnering Finstro, mutually helped both BIG and FC Capital/Finstro, especially from the cash flow standpoint. But is it illegal? Lots of insinuations though.

(2) This article may unsettle some shareholders. It could also provide timely warning to the BIG management that the wanton issue of shares/options should now be scaled back.

(3) I also like Mr Shapiro's line which noted:
"The revelation by the $500 million company, which is on the verge of admission into the S&P/ASX 300 Index, came after..........."

Does he know something we don't? Like the small matter of admission to the S&P/ASX 300 club soon?
