The AFR articles always come across a bit negative. All they have done is compiled information that has been made available to the public. I'd recommend reading the abn newswire article in contrast. All these points have been discussed in detail within this forum.

There was also a market update about the share issues and the company said they would not issue any more for acquisitions etc where possible. Again discussed within these threads.

This type of investigation just causes doubt for new retail investors that were not completely aware of these details.

For any investor that has doubts I would recommend reviewing the broker data that has been made available in these threads. It shows buying by large institutions that have access to far more information and resources than any of us retail investors. If they are buying then imo there's no problem.
