I'm not sure you can throw BIG into the same bucket as GSW and BUD which are issues around validity of contracts and (over?)representation of potential contract value
The company has been clear multiple reasons the reasons for issuing these shares were due to preservation of cash
If you look at the AGM it clearly shows the dates of when these were agreed, and you'd find most of them reflect the share price at the time
In hindsight it doesn't look great given the share price has jumped up
