Not sure you can state there are big internal issues. AFR on the twitter thread even stated he did not receive a response quick enough so published anyway from what I remember reading. If the company ticks along as is with no further growth from Dec figures you are looking at about fair value IMO. Just on US growth (that does not require Finstro) this is a good value target now. Will see what comes out in the wash I suppose.
