Is there some underhanded circular relationships with FC Capital where shares are issued to back loans to BIG customers. I don't think this is likely though needs to be confirmed.
The second and more of an issue is the continual share issuance for 'services provided'. What are these services, what is the company's policy on this going forward, how much money does the company owe for future services etc.
I see a future for BIG through this but it's going to be a bitter pill for the Board and Mgmt to swallow to come clean. I hope they don't beat around the bush pretending its all sweet and perhaps we see some people fall on their swords with a new auditor appointed plus a review by someone independent ASAP.
Luckily they have money in the bank (unless questions emerge) and we seem to be on track strategically so as long as the growth continues we should be able to weather the storm.
Far out what a horrible situation which on reflection was a long time coming with the continual share issuances, have to admit I didn't scrutinise this enough as I just thought they were historical and would eventually stop. What a lesson. Lucky not a crippling investment but hey who wants to lose money.
Bit surprised this wasn't more regularly questioned tbh, people got ahead of themselves looking too far into the future. Myself included. Hope the answers we are given are satisfactory...
Don't appreciate all the people jumping on BIGs throat today with the I told you so's. Your gloating is a poor reflection on your personalities. Starting to think I would do better to invest without participating on here, not so sure how HC actually assists investors besides giving a forum to the up and down rampers. Another lesson learned. Could have been cheaper but education is never free.

Agree with your thoughts.
Yes BIG has some questions to answer and maybe they will release further info next week.
Also I'm starting to think the same about HC participation.
Whenever a stock takes a dive, people come out of the woodwork to rub it in. Happens on twitter too. And the media. The media loves publishing negative stuff, whether it is about a company , the stock market, property market, crypto , etc.
