Not saying they are all guilty- the jury is out and you are innocent until proven otherwise- but their corporate governance and disclosure/non disclosure conducts are now questionable or thrown to doubt. That should not happen and bad for ASX listed- no confidence for IPO and new tech stocks . In this case, may be potential conflict of interest at best?
