These recent announcements are great. Past experience shows us that BIG makes money through partnerships. These are the types of deals that will keep generating business, and growth is the key.
Based on my calculations, we may generate 5-6mil in cash flow from Q1, anualised that would amount to 20-24mil. Profit on these raw numbers may sit around 16mil, giving us a current PE of 20. Looking at the current qtr, if we grow at 40% revenue, we would be generating 21mil in revenue, and assuming cash flow of 9mil, profit of 6 mil, anualised that would be 24mil. So in the current running quarter our PE is potentially under 15. Based on these numbers, I can foresee huge growth on the cards still for the share price, in fact I would even say doubling current value in the next 3-4 months is reasonable if the growth in sales continues at this extra-ordinary rate.
