"Our customers will be the ones that will get there customers to use the app"
In-house promotions such as coasters, dome signs on toilet walls, on napkins to accompany takeaway food orders and some Facebook posts, maybe, but asking owners and their staff to promote an app directly to customers?? Good luck with that after day one of training!!! Not unless a bus load of people come in on day 2 and say they saw the business on BIG Review TV -
I am sure BIG have lots of gorilla marketing plans in place to take any brand awareness responsibility out of the hands of business owners.
