I think its a great announcement. BIG will be showing businesses where their videos will be promoted (not just on YouTube any more). They'll be promoting it as something that could go viral, and this will help the process (along with increasing retention rates and providing up selling opportunities). I don't think this has anything to do with customers dropping off. I think it has everything to do with pillars 2 & 3.
