Hopefully this is received well - good to see things moving.
I like the face to face focus, though I do feel this will be a very expensive exercise for them to visit all of their customers, and may take some time to get around everyone.
The social influencer program is also reassuring - shows how they are embracing social platforms as a means of distribution and amplification - key for for the growth targets. I would like to see more partnerships with TV networks also though - yes online is a key channel, but TV still packs the punch from a reach POV - some may disagree with me, but trust me folks, I work in advertising, I am in a very senior role in the 2nd largest advertising group in Australia....TV still works despite the bad press it seems to get!
