re: Ann: BigAir announces acquisition of Acce... CVA had provided their own expectation for EBITDA of $1.5M. I interpret that as an annualised result from now.
Based on that, BGL's own guidance for EBITDA $4M, plus yesterday's acquisition (EBITDA $0.5M) they should get EBITDA minimum $5.2M to June 2011 - more if synergies are realised that outweight integration costs.
Based on full-year guidances, plus presuming only 10% uplift in BGL core earnings, year to June 2012 should be EBITDA $7.4M. I think 2012 will be over $8.5M (and possibly more) based on muted savings and the like.
