re: Ann: BigAir announces acquisition of Acce... In CVA's report the ON-NET revenues were $5.3M for 09-10. I would have thought after the one-off cost of the aquisition the savings of stripping away dupicated services, management and the like would lead to a higher figure that the $1.5 EBITDA.

Access Plus $1.5M
CVA After streamlining $2.00
Total $7.9M
NPAT 50% of EBITDA $4M
EPS 2.6 based on 150M shares.
Another way to look at is is....
Big Air Revenue $10M
CVA $5.3M
Access $3.9
Total $19.2M
NPAT as % of Revenue 21% = $4.03
EPS 2.6
