My analysis of today's announcement:

PROS
- Investor's confidence of the company is crazy high (5mil ask and 16.1mil offer)
- Huge boost to capital (7.5mil instead of 5mil) means more opportunity for acquisition to strengthen BTH's revenue channels
- Even more robust financials to weather the current storm (Covid19)

CONS
- Dilution of existing shareholder's wealth and voting power (More shares are created for the 7.5mil capital raise = 1.5x more)
- Unhappy shareholders that did not manage to get their full allocation in this SPP

CONCLUSION
- Short term, SP to be bouncing between 0.70 ~ 1.00 (at least until Oct 2020)
- Long term, >1.08 (ATH)

CONTINGENTS
- Business activity to maintain upward trajectory (ARR/LTV to exponentially increase)
- EPS to achieve 0.00 or greater (very likely in the next report given the immense growth)
- Strategic acquisitions
- Dividend?? (As per consideration by management before though very unlikely.. and I hope not too)

SENTIMENT
- I would say ignore the wild swings in prices during the short run, and focus where we'll be come 2021.
