It means that you will receive that amount of Shares noted in the table based on how much money you put into your application. The 'Value of Shares Allocated' is how much you paid. The rest will be returned to you. e.g. if you applied for $5k worth you will receive 3432 shares and it will cost you $2300 and the remaining $2700 will be returned to your account.
