Just basically means the amount of shares you recieve is dependant on the amount of shares you applied for, so anyone who applied for the full amount will get $2.3ks worth and then refunded the remaining amount back, so ensure your bank account is logged with the registry, otherwise you will receive a cheque, which takes forever to get to you and process.
