It is interesting IMU have decided to push on with the Bile Duct cancer expansion at 3 X 10 to the 8th cohort 5 dosage.

I am paraphrasing here but I remember IMUs position previously was to wait until the optimal dosage had been found in the MAST study before commencing expansion studies into specific cancer groups, to give the best chance of outcomes in those expansion studies.

So they fact they are pushing on now, must be they are already confident that cohort 5 dosage is meaningful and effective. And after it's completion assuming they then progress to phase 2. They'll then look to revisit optimal dosage with the FDA, and are not waiting for MAST to largely finish first.

Timing also right before the national Bile Duct cancer conference is no coincidence either. Between Australia America and Canada, I feel they will get their 10 enrollments rather quickly.

IMO DYOR not advice.
