Zooming in on the type of cancer with the highest efficacy (so far) while continuing to test on other cancers in the 'sandbox' studies. FDA gave a fast track designation for a reason.
Dealing with living organisms (virus) killing other living organisms (cancers) with other irganisms (T cells) joining in the battles, is not a straight forward process.
Actions and reactions in a fluid environment.
And to boot, the actions cannot be directly observed in situations, mid actions, but only with periodical observation measurements.
If it was easily done with some tools and chemicals from Bunnings, Officeworks and Chemist Warehouse, my brother in law would have done it during the Easter break...
My completely ignorant view from a 2km vintage in the sky....
