From what I can tell the have a couple of key cost issues:

- they have a store network in Aust and US which has high costs

- they still have issues with supply chain in terms of the prices to pay, range of products and the currency in which the products are produced.


This is then compounded price deflation at the retail level where they cannot pass on cost increases due to competitive pressures.
