His conditions of employment are in the announcement. Sure we dont know what his KPI's are but his salary and incentives are shown. Also this would be a promotion being a CEO. Have a bit of a read on Giant cement company and how big they are etc. After reading a bit more I think its a good score for Alexium, but proof will be what happens after he joins. If he is as good as his credentials then it will be a big plus for Alexium I feel. Just wish we could fast forward six months , the waiting is tedious .
