Here's a rough shot:
1.4 million tonnes at 1.5g/t average
Total gold approx 67000 ounces.
AISC approx $2100 per ounce
Profit shared 50:50
Current gold price circa $3500, lets say $3000
HRZ share at $450 per ounce = $30 million
Not great but hey beggars cant be choosers.
On the plus side there are other irons in the fire (Cannon, Greenstone, Rose Hill, blah blah)
This buys time, I think this is a very positive step even though it pains me to see the margin being ripped out because HRZ has lost so much cred.
