I’m curious, as shareholders we are still the owners of this company ( until the transfer is completed). How many of us are needed to get together and say as interested persons under section c, we oppose this transfer. Instead we hear by forgive all loans on the loan book, all employees are fired and any buildings or assets are to be shut down and closed permanently. let’s refuse to allow a bailout for the people who shafted us and instead demand the ship actually sink.
