This might be unconventional thinking of me but I actually would support the company doing a strategic cap raise, say $15m to get a Thai cornerstone on the register, soon after settlement. The money would be used to expedite exploration activities and the NE funds to obviously fund restart. The raise is unnecessary but strategic because it allows us to gets support from a Thai whale and explore. The IPO achieves more of the same but the timing of it could drag out.
