So, if we sold 40% of the company for $65M how is the market cap still $68M?
when the transaction goes through we get $65M. We pay down debt to zero so save circa $6M on interest payments. What is left over of the company made around $6M npat for the half year. For the full year, (as we still have Pybar earnings for 9 months,) we should be making around $22M if we have a similar profitability plus interest savings.
right now the market cap only reflects the value of Pybar and values Metarooc's remaining profitable (cash positive) assets at zero?
am I missing something here?
