Why did this take so long to release? Nothing we didn't know! Where is the timeline? What is the funding going to look like, are nlc or nmdc taking a stake in esi? They have had almost a year for this and all we get is a poor ann with practically no details! Very disappointed. At least someone was happy, being able to unload their shares!!
